Great experience! I contacted Windsor Pediatric Dentistry after being told by our children’s dentist we were now out of network with them. Windsor was able to get us in quickly, so my children didn’t miss their scheduled cleaning. The staff were super accommodating, efficient & friendly. The hygienists were amazing with all 3 of my children, the Dentist was great as well very personable, & was able to address all of my concerns. Facility was clean & child friendly! I am so glad we ended up here, my children and I had a great experience. Will be recommending to all our family & friends! Thank you!

Amazing experience every visit! The staff at Windsor Pediatric Dentistry are so kind, patient, and welcoming. They make my child feel comfortable and safe, which means everything to a parent. The office is clean, fun, and very kid-friendly. Highly recommend! I've been going for a few years now, and my family and I love it.

We were SO nervous about our youngest’s surgery and they made us feel a great deal of comfort! It was a really quick procedure and they did a great job! Thank you!! Our boy is home and feeling like himself again!

This is hands down the best kids’ dentist we’ve visited. The dentist and staff are incredibly caring, patient, and know exactly how to make children feel at ease. The office is clean, colorful, and designed with kids in mind. My child left smiling and excited to come back, which says everything. I highly recommend this office to any parent.

JoJo was amazing! My son was very scared about going to the dentist, but she completely changed his experience. She made him feel comfortable and at ease, and by the end of the visit he was happy and excited to come back. We are so grateful for her kindness, patience, and care!

Dr Ashli is the best! It’s is an hour drive for us but worth it. My son had cavities that our previous dentist wouldn’t touch without sedating him. My kids love the slide as well.

I had such a wonderful experience at Windsor Pediatric Dentistry! My daughter is autistic, and I was honestly a nervous wreck going into the appointment, not knowing how it would go. But the staff was incredibly patient, kind, and understanding—not just with her, but with me as well. They truly made both of us feel comfortable. The office itself is so welcoming and fun for kids. My daughter absolutely loved the fish tank, and the slide at the end of the visit was such a cute and exciting touch for her. She also really enjoyed getting a coin to pick out a toy from the gumball machine—it made the whole experience feel like a reward rather than something stressful. I also really appreciate that they offer weekend availability, which makes scheduling so much easier. Overall, they turned what I feared would be a difficult visit into a positive and even enjoyable experience. I’m so grateful for the care and compassion they showed us. Highly recommend!

As the parent of a nonverbal autistic child, dental visits can be incredibly stressful and overwhelming. When my son recently had an issue with his tooth, I was naturally very anxious about how the appointment would go. From the moment we walked into the office, every member of the team treated us with kindness, patience, and compassion. The staff and doctors were not only professional and knowledgeable, but they were also incredibly confident and reassuring. They never made us feel like my son's challenges were a burden. Instead, they approached the situation with calmness and care, making me feel that everything would be okay and that my son was in the best possible hands. Today, we were seen by Dr. Bartly, who provided exceptional care and service. He was patient, compassionate, and wonderful with my son during a situation that could have easily become overwhelming. I also want to recognize Dr. Kyle and Dr. Ashli, whom we have seen in the past. They have been equally amazing, supportive, and caring throughout our experiences with this practice. What stood out most was how the team handled my son. Their experience and understanding of children with special needs made a difficult situation much easier for both of us. The level of care did not stop when we left the office. A few hours after our appointment, someone from the office personally called to check on my son and see how he was doing. In all my years of taking my children to medical appointments, I have never had an office follow up in such a thoughtful and caring way. That phone call meant so much to me as a parent and showed how deeply they care about their patients. I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care we have received from this practice. It is clear that they genuinely care about the children and families they serve. If you are looking for a pediatric dental office that combines expertise, patience, and heartfelt compassion—especially for children with special needs—I cannot recommend them

One of the best team that I have ever met. I was referred by another dental office when my son wasn’t able to get a routine cleaning, due to his disability. Upon my first visit with the office everyone was so welcoming. Made me confident in their work, just the way they approached my child to make him comfortable enough to get his cleaning. It’s been three years now my son and his two older siblings are now apart of the Windsor Pediatric Dentistry. I even extended the referral to a very close friend of mine and now they’re apart of the growing family. Each staff member are very supportive, and are all willing to give their undivided attention when needed. Thank you for all that you do. It’s definitely appreciated.

The dental hygienists and assistants are all amazing! Dr. Bartley is patient, kind, and understanding. As a dental hygienist myself, I felt compelled to leave a review because I absolutely loved the teamwork, positivity, and welcoming atmosphere in this office. My children aren't always the easiest patients, but the staff consistently does an incredible job making them feel comfortable and cared for. It's clear that everyone genuinely works together to provide the best experience possible. We always leave feeling appreciated and well taken care of. Highly recommend!😊
